These delicious pinwheels are super easy to make! We know how frantic getting ready for a day out can be, so we have suggested ready rolled puff pastry for this recipe meaning less time in the kitchen and more time in the sunshine!

Ingredients

• 1 Sheet of ready rolled Puff Pastry

• 100ml Tomato Passata

• 1 tsp Oregano

• 1 tsp Basil

• 200g Mozzarella

Method

Mix the herbs through the tomato passata and spread thinly onto the pastry.

Tear the mozzarella over evenly, then roll the pastry along its length.

Slice into 2cm thick slices and arrange evenly.

Bake for approximately 18 minutes at 185ºC until golden brown.
