NEW: Oaty Date Bar Recipe

Here is the recipe for our super healthy Oaty Date Bar!

This recipe is:

  • HIGH IN ENERGY
  • CONTAINS NO ADDED SUGAR
  • AND REQUIRES NO BAKING!
  • Serves 20

 To make this at home you will need:

DATES CHOPPED AND PITTED

400g

BUTTER

100g

SULTANAS

100g

CHERRIES

100g

DICED APRICOT DRIED

100g

CRANBERRY DRIED

100g

ORANGE ZEST

Zest 1 whole orange

ROLLED OATS

250g

CORN FLAKES

200g

COCOA POWDER

1 spoon

CINNAMON

½ A TEASPOON

 Take all the above ingredients and blend them in a food processor

 Take the mix and lay it out on a deep tray filled with grease proof parchment paper and compress with your hand or the back of a spoon, put it in the fridge for about 4 hours to set and then cut out your portions.
