The Zebedees Spring/Summer menu launched earlier this month and we hope that the children at all of our nurseries are enjoying the new meals to be found on there.
Our Executive Chef, Brendan, has developed some exciting original recipes to include the delicious Caribbean Vegetable Stew and Vietnamese Tuna dishes on our lunch menu. He has also come up with some innovative desserts which incorporate some cleverly hidden vegetables! Check out our homemade Sweet Potato & Apple Cake, and Orange & Beetroot Cake, both served with reduced sugar custard.
Continuing the theme of hidden vegetables, we have a fantastic Beetroot, Cocoa & Chickpea Brownie featured on our tea menu which is free from all of the main allergens. We are particularly excited by this Brownie as it allows a wide range of children with allergies to enjoy the same dessert as their friends. We hope to develop more allergen free dishes like this in the future, so we would love to hear your feedback.
We are currently working with insight6, customer experience specialists, to design and trial a new quick and easy email survey to collect your menu feedback and this will be sent out to you in the coming weeks. We will also be using this system to collect your feedback on ZOO (Zebedees Online Ordering), to find out how the system is working for our clients and the information gathered will be used in future development work. Both of these feedback surveys will be very quick and easy to complete and will provide us with invaluable information that we can use to improve our service, so we would be really grateful if you could look out for these and take a few moments to fill them out.
