In January we took delivery of our brand new Daribo squash peeling machine. With our current menus we use up to 15 tons of butternut squash per year meaning many hours of manpower and peelers lost to this task.
Now, with the new machine, we only require one team member instead of four to complete the task in half the time.
The machine can completely peel one butternut squash in under 20 seconds!
