In this historical year, there has been much change in the Early Years childcare sector as well as our own business. At the end of March we saw the temporary closure of many of our nursery clients with some remaining open for keyworker and vulnerable children. Our own business was forced to close for 9 weeks through this first lockdown. Despite the very difficult and unprecedented situation, we remained positive and spent the quiet time making our business safe for clients and staff, this included contactless deliveries and making our premises COVID secure. We also worked on ways to streamline our business, making it more efficient and using new technologies to improve our service for our clients. In September we launched ZOO (Zebedees Online Ordering) and 2021 will see the rollout of our delivery email notification system for clients (scroll down our blog for more info on this). Right now we are taking a look back at the year none of us will ever forget - 2020!
